**Last updated:** July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Claim To Fame Games, LLC (**“Claim To Fame Games,” “we,” “us,”** or **“our”**) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the Planetary Strike Tournament Discord application, bot commands, tournament registration features, and related services (collectively, the **“App”**).

This policy applies to information processed through the App. Discord, Wix, and any linked websites or services have their own privacy practices and policies.

## 1. Who Operates the App

The App is operated by:

**Claim To Fame Games, LLC**

Orlando, Florida, United States

Email: **Mike@ClaimToFameGames.com**

Website: **https://www.claimtofamegames.com/**

## 2. Information We Collect

### Information received through Discord

When you use the `/tournament-register` command, the App may process:

- your Discord user ID;

- your Discord server display name, global display name, or username when used as the default tournament name;

- a tournament display name you enter yourself;

- the Discord server and channel context needed to receive and respond to the command;

- the tournament you select; and

- the date, time, status, and result of your registration request.

The App uses your Discord user ID to associate your registration with a unique Discord account and help prevent duplicate registrations. The ID may be stored in an internal format such as `discord:123456789`.

### Tournament information

We may create and maintain information related to your participation, including:

- tournament registration status;

- seed or bracket position;

- scheduled or completed matches;

- wins, losses, placements, points, podium finishes, and leaderboard standings;

- disqualification, withdrawal, check-in, or administrative status; and

- tournament-related communications or support requests you send to staff.

### Technical and diagnostic information

The App and its service providers may automatically generate limited technical information, including:

- request timestamps and response status;

- application, server, tournament, or registration identifiers;

- error messages and diagnostic logs;

- security and abuse-prevention events; and

- internet protocol address, device, browser, or network information automatically processed by hosting, Discord, Wix, or security providers.

We do not use the App to request or intentionally collect your Discord password, private messages, payment-card information, precise location, contacts, or the contents of ordinary Discord conversations.

## 3. How We Use Information

We use information collected through the App to:

- display available tournaments and process registrations;

- confirm registration privately through Discord;

- prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive registrations;

- organize entrants, seeds, brackets, matches, and tournament schedules;

- calculate and publish match results, placements, podiums, and leaderboards;

- communicate tournament instructions, status, corrections, and support responses;

- enforce tournament rules, Discord policies, and our Terms of Service;

- investigate disputes, cheating, security incidents, and technical problems;

- maintain, secure, test, troubleshoot, and improve the App; and

- comply with legal obligations and protect users, Claim To Fame Games, Discord, and others.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Discord API data for targeted advertising or to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

## 4. Public Tournament Information

Tournament participation is public by nature. Your selected tournament display name and related tournament information may appear publicly on Claim To Fame Games websites, Discord channels, tournament brackets, streams, broadcasts, recaps, and promotional materials. Public information may include:

- tournament display name;

- registration or check-in status;

- seed and bracket position;

- opponents and match outcomes;

- wins, losses, points, placements, and podium finishes; and

- leaderboard position.

We do not intentionally display your Discord user ID publicly. If you do not want your Discord username displayed, choose a different appropriate tournament display name when the command allows it.

## 5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to:

- provide the App and tournament services you request;

- perform our agreement with you under the Terms of Service and applicable tournament rules;

- pursue legitimate interests such as operating fair tournaments, maintaining records, preventing abuse, securing the App, and resolving disputes;

- comply with legal obligations; and

- obtain and act on consent where consent is required.
